Hi --
Thanks fo, and certainly you can use the UP YOURS TOBACCO TAXMAN! As along as you pass along the link to my Fox News interview so they can see the REAL MASTER do it! lol.
I can tell you I thought long and hard before I stuck my head up out of the baccy foxhole and did this interview.
I was offended when they "offered" me a drug test in the 90's without any evidence I'd ever done any drugs, but I just quit working for anyone who would "offer" such a service.
I was offended when they stopped letting us smoke at work in many places, but I just quit working for companies with such policies.
But now, government is banning smoking everywhere, even in public parks! Well, I can't quite stop going out in public, but I can certainly spend my money in smaller cities without such invasive, anti-private business policies. And I can make a religion out of resisting such attacks on us that make the persecution of the black people look mild.
I don't know that I've said it here before, but what I like to say is "They didn't just move us smokers to the back of the bus, they threw us OFF the dang bus - then charged us triple price for the ticket anyway!"
Incidently, 71 million Americans use tobacco products, that's about 28% of the population and the only reason I can see that we are standing still for this tyranny is because of years of propaganda that actually makes US FEEL GUILTY FOR LIKING TOBACCO!
I think I've used up all my rant points for now!
Have a nice day

I admit that I was reluctant to do this, but when she told me that she couldn't find anyone else in the area growing tobacco, I felt like the pros outweighed the cons and went for it. |
I'm glad you did because you did exceptionally well in that interview. I hope you don't mind, but because the interview turned out so well and because you're such a good ambassador for our cause, I put it up on YouTube where more people will find it and watch it.

You're right, most smokers have had such an unjustified guilt trip firmly embedded in their brains by the antis, that most are ashamed to fight back. Any time a segment of society won't fight back, they always get dumped on by their own government.
The one thing that politicians fear more than anything else is mass disobediance of their legislation. When that happens, they get that sick feeling in the pits of their stomachs which always occurs anytime they wake up to the reality that they got it wrong.
They got it wrong this time and now they're going to get sick. Encouraging the growing of tobacco at home and creating public awareness of their corruption and stupidity will help speed that along. |

| Oh, I forgot to mention, please go there and watch it, rate it by clicking the star furthest to the right, and post a favorable comment. Those things help a lot to advance our cause. |

Hi --
Jim - Thanks for your kind words. Since I had no control over the editing, I had little idea what spin they would put on the interview after 1-1/2 hours of filming. All I had was the reporter's claim she was looking for a "Rugged, Self-Reliant Texan Protesting Tobacco Taxation By Growing His Own". She urged me to be angry during the sit-down part asking leading questions like "What makes you most angry about this punishment taxation" until I finally came out with the "Up Yours!" and then she stopped and refilmed that part.
Strangely enough, someone else also put the interview up on YouTube here:

I'm getting support from all over and my deepest thanks! Now if I can only turn that into some sales! (grin, check out the Bob's Trading Post part of this website and buy some Silk Leaf! 1000 seeds for only $8 plus shipping!) (ok, enough plugs!)
Thanks again Jim!

I've never seen where Fox has ever put a spin on an interviewee on our side. That's because most of them are on our side too. There's been a few others who have though. There are precautions that you can take before and during an interview, but if they want to spin you, you're gonna get spun and there's nothing that can be done about it.
I didn't know about the other video getting posted, but that's OK, we now have double the exposure. |

That news clip was pretty cool, you done good.
Weston TX, How far north of dallas is that?
I live in the Houston area myself but I get up to Waxahachie every so often to visit my son. And I'll be up in Grapevine sometime in October for a wedding. I would be very interested in getting some cigar tobacco crop going in my backyard. Can you help me with that? |

Clk,
Sure, I'd be glad to help you! You can e-mail me at GYOtobacco@yahoo.com and I have some Havana seed for sale now. Also, the administrator of this website, Dan, has cigar seed to sell at his website.
